Shipping policy

Team Store merchandise (OJR, Sabers, Bosco)

All team store items are made to order and shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout.

• Production: usually 2 to 7 business days
• Shipping within the US: usually 3 to 8 business days after production
• Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
• You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
• Shipping to Canada: usually 5 to 12 business days after production. Canadian orders may be charged duties, GST/HST or brokerage fees on delivery. These are paid by the customer.
• We currently ship to the US and Canada.

Team uniform orders (e.g. Monarchy)

Uniform orders ship 10 to 14 days after your team's cutoff date. Unless otherwise specified, your order ships with your team's full order to the head of your organization. The full process, from order to delivery, can take up to 45 days. Each uniform is custom made for the player.
