Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Products may be made and shipped separately, so an order can arrive in more than one package. Check the shipping policy for production, transit and destination information.

Read our refund policy before ordering, including the conditions for personalized merchandise. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the store with your order number and photographs so we can review it.

After ordering, use the order-status link in your confirmation email. When tracking is available, your shipping email and order-status page show shipment details. You can also sign in with the same email used at checkout to view your orders. An account is optional; keep your confirmation email for easy access.

Include your order number and the email used at checkout when contacting us. Never send payment-card details. If you cannot find your confirmation, check your spam folder or contact the store.
